We introduced our apprenticeship programme in 2016 and have continuously developed it in line with the needs of the industry. What began as a model-making programme has evolved into a forward-looking training pathway.  

In 2023, the apprenticeship programme was expanded to include a commercial apprenticeship in office administration, strengthening organisational and business-related skills alongside technical training.

In close cooperation with the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO) and industry partners, we introduced the fibre composite technician apprenticeship in 2025, specifically aligning it with aviation requirements and quality standards such as ISO 9001 and EN 9100.

Today, four apprentices are part of the HILITECH team, gaining hands-on experience in a certified environment. Trial days and internships are offered to provide a realistic insight into the profession. Current job openings can be found on our careers page.

To meet the highest technical and quality requirements of composite manufacturing, our new production facility in Kindberg was designed from the ground up and built in 2018.  

The facility has been built to meet the demands of a forward-thinking production environment, with a controlled indoor climate and the highest cleanliness standards. This setting enables the consistent and reliable production of innovative composite components with optimal material behavior, process stability and surface quality.

We achieved ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certification, establishing a quality management framework aligned with regulated aviation and premium applications.  

These standards define how we work: structured processes, full traceability and consistent execution across engineering and manufacturing. They ensure that LIGHTWEIGHT SOLUTIONS and COMPOSITE DECOR meet the requirements of certified environments where reliability and documentation are non-negotiable.  

Certification is not an add-on.
It is the baseline for everything that follows.

This philosophy has taken practical shape. We integrated a photovoltaic system with a capacity of over 350 kWp into our operations, translating long-term thinking into everyday practice.

Our approach is simple: reduce our impact where possible, use technology responsibly, and ensure that innovation is aligned with our values. We don't treat sustainability as a separate initiative, but as part of how decisions are made.
